Shangri-La
Shangri-La is an international hospitality group, founded in 1971 and headquartered in Hong Kong.
We were approached to work on Dockyard, a gourmet dining hall concept that's part of the Shangri-La's boutique offshoot, Kerry Hotel. The aim was to sell its unique concept - nine restaurants and a bar, in an upscale food court - in short, succinct and marketable fashion. As the examples show, this was achieved through the idea of 'picky eaters', with each restaurant receiving its own distinct focus point.
